The Value of self-acceptance

Every hour…every minute…every second of your day is important, and no matter what you are doing at what time, you should always see that moment as yours to keep forever. Each part of the day is equally as important as the other, so do not categorize each activity or each task that you need to finish. Seeing “home time”, “self-time” , and “work time” as completely separate things means you will not remain in touch with what is happening to your body and mind throughout the day. Also, there should be no reason why your time at work should be any less pleasant or enjoyable than any other part of your day! Each part of the day plays a vital role in your life, which is why you need to see the day as a whole.

How about your emotions? You must try to embrace it. Being sensitive is a gift, as it means you are able to feel empathy and you are aware of how others feel. When you experience happy moments, grasp them in your hands and your heart and enjoy them to the fullest. The creative and spiritual side of your personality will help you indulge in those blissful moments to the maximum if you allow yourself to be free then and there so you can feel proud of who you are and what you have achieved when you are at your happiest. Alternatively, when you experience those times where you feel stressed or sad you must accept that those times do not make you a bad person. You must embrace those moments just as powerfully as you embrace the positive ones, then you will come out of any personal drawbacks you may be going though.

So many people are going through tough times because they have chosen to be un-forgiven to themselves. This is not a technique. Listen! It is a rule I believe and it is an extremely important one, as it is not possible for someone to be without a flaw. Though you have the desire to achieve the best out of your life, However, you must allow yourself to make mistakes. They will make you stronger in the long term. Even if It does not feel like it at the time. This self – forgiveness includes everything bad that may have happened in your past. Self-forgiveness is necessary if you want to achieve your sense of inner zen. A zen is something you can use to find your inner happiness. If you forgive yourself when you make an error or a mistake, no matter how big or bad that mistake may feel at the time, you will develop within yourself as you have accepted that your mistakes make you who you are, and that is a beautiful person no matter what happened. This self0forgiveness includes everything bad that may have happened in your past, even though the past may hurt, it is always something that identifies us for who we are and it will help you understand your present and prepare for your future.
